UPDATE

No-Show Reservation: Guest Room reservations in which the guest has not arrived on their confirmed arrival date will be cancelled by the hotel, and the party that guaranteed the reservation will be charged an amount equal to one night of the confirmed Guest Room rate, plus applicable taxes.

Early Departure: An early departure fee equaling one night of the confirmed guest room rate will be charged to the party that has guaranteed the reservation for guests departing before their confirmed departure dates. Guests will be exempt from this charge if they change their departure date before their reserved arrival date or at check-in.

Guest Room Cancellation: Individual guest rooms within the block may be cancelled up to 4:00 pm two days prior to the guest room reservation’s initial arrival date, without payment (subject to the Hotel’s attrition policy). Cancellations after that point will be billed to the party which has guaranteed the reservation.

LOUD Hospitality Rooms will not be tolerated as per Hotel Rules
